Chelsey Bishop, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Chelsey is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over eight years of experience specializing in early intervention services for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. She currently provides trauma-informed ABA therapy at Life Connections Autism Services and is passionate about supporting children in developing effective communication—whether through verbal language, sign language, or assistive technology. Chelsey also provides supervision for individuals pursuing their BCBA or BCaBA certification, mentoring the next generation of behavior analysts with both clinical expertise and compassionate guidance. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, where she was a proud member of the Pride of the Southland Marching Band, and later completed her Master of Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology in 2019. Outside of work, Chelsey enjoys reading—especially books by her favorite author, Becky Chambers—and traveling with her family.

 

Madison Mangrum, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Madison is Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in the Tri-Cities area in East Tennessee. Madison received a Bachelors of Science in Child and Family Studies from Johnson University and then received a Masters of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University Global. She has over 4 years of experience providing therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum and other related disorders. Madison has a passion for creating individualized programs to meet the needs of all the families she serves. Madison is able to provide ABA assessments, ABA treatment planning, and parent training. During her spare time, Madison loves to spend time with her husband, daughter, and friends. She is also quite the coffee connoisseur!

 

Kelsey Tanner, M.S., BCBA

Kelsey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Life Connections Autism Services with a background in working with autistic individuals. She discovered her passion for autism early on while volunteering with the Tennessee Research in Autism Spectrum Disorder as a teenager. Kelsey began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Behavior Technician in 2017, later earning her Master’s in Psychology from Capella University in 2022. She received her BCBA certification in July of 2024. Kelsey is committed to helping clients build the skills they need to engage with the world around them, utilizing behavioral strategies to enhance their happiness and everyday life.
