Kelly Blosser, M.A., BCBA, LBA
Clinical Director, Life Connections Autism Services
Kelly Blosser is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and the Clinical Director of Life Connections Autism Services. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health from Austin Peay State University in 2016 and her Master of Arts in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2019. With over ten years of experience, Kelly has worked extensively with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disorders across home, clinic, school, and community settings. Kelly is passionate about serving families and the broader community. Kelly is a strong advocate for Autism awareness and is dedicated to promoting Trauma-Informed Care within the field of ABA. She is committed to building a more inclusive and informed community through education and collaboration. Outside of her professional work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family on their farm in Maryville, TN. She also loves horseback riding, playing tennis, and reading.
Ashley Merritt
Clinical Administrator
Ashley oversees the administrative and billing side of LCA’s ABA and SLP services. She handles everything from coordinating schedules and managing budgets to optimizing workflows and supporting our Behavior Analysts, Behavior Technicians, and Speech-Language Pathologists. Ashley is dedicated to making a positive impact on our clients’ lives through compassionate and effective administrative and billing practices. Outside of the office, Ashley enjoys spending time with her kids and friends, cars, and eating Mexican food!
Anna Jorgensen
Operations Administrator
Anna began her journey with Life Connections Autism Services as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she developed a passion for working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders. This experience eventually led her to transition into her current role as the Operations Administrator. Anna holds an Associate’s Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Social Work, which deepens her commitment to supporting individuals and fostering stronger communities. Outside of work, Anna enjoys hiking with her dogs Cricket and Nami, thrifting, and spending time with her family and friends.
