Angeleea DuBose, Learning & Development Coach, RBT
Angeleea is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with nearly two years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her passion for working with children has been a consistent thread throughout her career, and she finds deep fulfillment in witnessing their growth and development. The knowledge that she plays a vital role in helping children reach their full potential drives her motivation each day. In her spare time, Angeleea enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends.
Gwendolyn “Lyndi” Brooks, RBT
Lyndi is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration and Promotion and a Masters of Education in Special Education. Since childhood, Lyndi has always been drawn to people with disabilities, and throughout her adult life, she has consistently worked with this population in various capacities. Her experience includes 16 years as a special education teacher, working with individuals from age 5 to 22. She has a passion for seeing individuals with disabilities reach their full potential and believes that is best accomplished by giving them the individualized support they need and helping them generalize the skills they are learning into different settings and with multiple people, which were areas she was limited as a teacher. As an RBT, she looks forward to spending individualized time pouring into our clients and using her knowledge and experience to help them gain independence. In her free time, Lyndi enjoys spending time with her family, taking care of her houseplants, and completing DIY projects. Lyndi is a lifelong learner and enjoys learning new things!
Morgan Flynn, RBT
Morgan graduated from Western Carolina University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has 3 years of experience working with adults on the autism spectrum and is passionate about building meaningful, lasting connections with her clients. Morgan’s dedication to her work is evident in the relationships she cultivates, as she strives to create a supportive and empowering environment for those she works with. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dog, Bean, and baking sweet treats.
Mckenna Thorpe, RBT
McKenna is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and grew up in a large family with 5 siblings, which fostered her lifelong passion for working with children. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University- Idaho. Since 2020, McKenna has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and special education as a behavior technician, and has found it to be the most fulfilling job she has ever had. Outside of work, Mckenna enjoys delving into books, both reading and collecting them. She also loves spending time with her basset hound puppy, Goose, and takes great joy in training and playing with her.
Allison Derovanesian, RBT
Allison was born and raised in Florida, where she developed a strong foundation for her academic and professional pursuits. She later graduated from Emory University with a degree in Psychology, which ignited her passion for understanding and supporting others. She is currently contemplating further education and is considering graduate degrees in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work to deepen her expertise and broaden her impact. In her free time, Allison loves reading, cooking, yoga, and dog watching.
Makayla Griffin, RBT
Makayla has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since December of 2023. She recently relocated back to Knoxville from Memphis, where she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Memphis. Makayla is the oldest of three siblings and they were all born in January! In her free time, Makayla enjoys reading, makeup, and watching football– Go VOLS & Go Tigers!
Kyla Roach, Social Skills Leader, RBT
Kyla is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and has been in the field for over a year! She received her Bachelor’s of Psychology from the University of Tennessee. She also double minored in Child and Family Studies and Sociology. Kyla absolutely loves the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is currently pursuing her Masters degree in order to become a BCBA. Working with children is Kyla’s passion and she looks forward to continuing her career within the field.
